Britney Spears moves to a new house |
Newly single pop star chose as her new house a $7.2 million Mediterranean style home in an exclusive gated community off Mulholland Drive in Beverly Hills, according to real estate sources.
 Britney didn’t want to stay in the Malibu mansion where she lived with her estranged husband, Kevin Federline, and their two children and decided to buy five-bedrooms, six-and-a-half bathrooms house, with such amenities as deluxe swimming pool, hot tub, a balcony and a fireplace in the master bedroom, media room, library and a terrace with a view of Los Angeles.
Celebrity real estate agent Barbara Corcoran said that “Britney’s new house is a perfect party pad. It’s on the best street in the Summit Circle gated community, on a quiet cul-de-sac and it needs absolutely no work.”
Britney Spaers isn't the only celebrity in the community. Ed McMahon lives nearby, and Gwen Stefani recently bought there a house for more than $13 million .
